Orchestra Auditions

The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra will be holding auditions for the following positions:

Principal 2nd Violin and Section Violin I & II (6 section positions)

Audition:  Saturday, November 14, 2026

(location:  Southeast CT, TBD)

Application deadline:  October 26, 2026

To apply and reserve an audition spot, interested applicants must submit the following by the application deadline for the respective audition:

1.  email a resume / CV to [email protected]

2.  mail a deposit check for $40 to:

The deadline for the application is also the “receive by” date for the check.  It must be in the orchestra’s hands by the posted deadline.  Please mail your check promptly. 

Checks will be returned on the day of the audition.

Checks can be destroyed if notice of cancellation is given by 11:59pm on: 

November 9 for all auditions
