Ariana Straznicky received her Master of Music in Violin Performance w/ Suzuki Pedagogy Emphasis from The Hartt School. With a great passion for performance, Ariana is an avid freelancer who performs on many of Connecticut’s premiere concert stages including that of Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra, Bridgeport Symphony Orchestra, Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, Wallingford Symphony Orchestra, New Britain Symphony Orchestra, Hartford Independent Chamber Orchestra, Waterbury Symphony Orchestra, CT Philharmonic, and Norwalk Symphony Orchestra. As a Suzuki violin teacher, Ariana teaches children at her private studio in Southington. Ariana founded and runs an award-winning wedding music business called Ariana Strings LLC, where she invites ECSO players to perform pop and classical chamber music for events all around Connecticut.

What/Who inspired you to take up your instrument:Honest answer: When I was 3 years old, I watched The Muppets play “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” and I was hooked.
